Targeted warm-up and recovery sessions before and after ski lessons to support performance, prevent injury, and encourage efficient recovery. These sessions focus on mobility, breath, and muscular release to keep the body balanced and resilient.
Alongside this, somatic embodiment movement invites a slower, more intuitive connection with the body, supporting nervous system regulation, awareness, and ease.
Regular yoga classes include:
Vinyasa – fluid, strength-building flow
Yin – slow, restorative practice
Ashtanga – structured and energising sequence
Sessions are available as group or private experiences, adapted to individual needs and energy levels.

musicians but with full audience participation we all sing together
