Lesson Conditions

A

Lessons always take place unless specifically cancelled by the school.

B

In the event of a storm, lift closure, or any other exceptional circumstance preventing the practice of snow sports, private lessons will be postponed. If rescheduling is not possible, a transferable credit will be issued. Clients who do not visit Crans-Montana regularly will receive a full refund.

Note: Snowfall, clouds, wind, or poor visibility are not considered storms.

C

Lesson duration includes waiting time and time spent riding lifts.

D

A lesson will not be rescheduled, refunded, or extended if the client arrives late at the meeting point or if the lesson cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the client.

E

Once a lesson has begun, the full amount is due, even if the client chooses to end it early for personal reasons (such as weather, fatigue, disagreement with the instructor, etc.).

A client's personal impression or subjective assessment of the lesson does not constitute valid grounds for refund. In the event of an exceptional problem, clients are invited to immediately inform the office so that a solution can be proposed for subsequent sessions.
