Passion over credentials
Certifications matter, and we check them. What matters more is that you genuinely enjoy sharing the mountain with people. The best lessons come from instructors who love what they do.
Personal connection
The day before each lesson, you call your client yourself to introduce yourself and agree the meeting point. You are not handed a time slot and a name, you build a real connection with the people you teach.
Part of something real
We are a team of 15 instructors who all know each other. Roxane runs pre-season training, and the most experienced instructors mentor the newer ones.

Our guests come from all over: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. The more languages you speak, the more lessons come your way.
